As I go through the grief (minute by minute) for the rest of my life over
the loss of my son, I realize I am not alone, that there is help, that Jason lived,
loved his life, the environment, family and friends.
Since Jason's death, I have worn a small butterfly every day to work and play. I want
all who grieve, or will someday grieve to know that grief is normal, and life in this
world is not forever. Life is fragile and can change in a second of time,
as it did for our family and friends. We must see the beauty and donation that a fragile butterfly
contributes to nature and us in its short lifetime. Our children are like
butterflies. We must not focus on the duration of time we shared with them, we
must focus on a smile, a memory, a moment of happiness they have donated to our hearts.
Please accept this donation of a butterfly pin when you place your order. Wear it daily to
remember the one you will always be near!
